Do you have a parents room?

Yes, you will find our parents room located down the Woolworths corridor with all our other restroom facilities. The equipped parents room offers you a private feeding room, nappy dispensers, children’s toilet, change table and a microwave to heat up any baby bottles or food.

Do you hire out wheelchairs and electric wheelchairs?

Yes, we do. Figtree Grove offers complimentary wheelchairs and power shoppers to customers with limited mobility, including those with temporary and permanent disabilities and the aged. Our complimentary wheelchairs and power shoppers are located at our Concierge desk. Please see our friendly staff or call 02 4298 9600 to book today.

Do you have centre gift cards and where are they available from?

Figtree Grove gift cards are available to purchase at our Concierge desk located opposite San Choi Chinese Restaurant and can be used at any retailer that offers EFTPOS within the centre. They can be purchased using cash, credit card and eftpos. 

Figtree Grove also offer customers the choice to purchase a Premium Gift card which can be used in any store across Australia that offers EFTPOS.

Where do I go if I have lost something or found something?

All lost property and found items are taken to the Concierge located opposite San Choi Chinese Restaurant.

How long can I park for?

Figtree Grove allows customers 3 hours FREE parking per visit.
