Where can I buy a Figtree Grove Gift Card?

You can visit the Figtree Grove Concierge desk and one of our friendly staff will be able to assist you with using the gift card kiosk.

Please note that a $2.95 administration fee applies upon issue of each Figtree Grove Gift Card, if paying with AMEX there will be an additional fee.

Where can I use a Figtree Grove Gift Card?

The Figtree Grove Gift Card can be used in centre at any participating retailer that offers EFTPOS.

How do I use a Figtree Grove Gift Card?

  • Take your Figtree Grove Gift Card to any Figtree Grove store where EFTPOS is available.
  • Simply swipe the Figtree Grove Gift Card, select ‘Savings’ on the EFTPOS terminal.
  • Enter the PIN number on the back of the Gift Card and press OK.
  • The Figtree Grove Gift Card is valid for 36 months from the date of issue.
Any Figtree Grove Gift Card that is damaged or faulty at time of issue will be replaced at no extra cost. Please visit the Concierge Desk for more details.

Please be aware of the gift card’s remaining balance before making a purchase – if the total cost of items purchased is greater than the balance of the card, you will be required to make up the difference with another payment method.
