Welcome to Midland Gate Shopping Centre, the heart of Perth's eastern corridor. Located at 274 Great Eastern Highway in Midland, we're the most eastern regional shopping centre in the Perth metropolitan area — and one of the few in Western Australia to feature all three discount department stores: Kmart, Target, and Big W.

Car Parking at Figtree Grove

At Figtree Grove finding a car park is made easier with the introduction of controlled parking. Figtree Grove now offers:

  • 3 hours FREE parking between 8.30am-5.30pm, per visit every day of the week
  • 90-minute express parking near the Commbank entry
  • 10 disabled car park spaces located on the ground floor
  • 12 Parents with Pram car park spaces
  • 5 hours FREE parking for our seniors 60 years and over

Figtree Grove now have car parking guidance. The guidance system monitors how many available car spaces there are and directs drivers to their location by way of digital signboards located alongside carpark driveways.

Figtree Grove has two types of EV charging stations available for customers to use.
Tesla Superchargers x 6: This pilot is only accessible for CCS-enabled vehicles. If a Supercharger post has two cables, non-Tesla cars can only charge with the CCS connector.
EV Standard Chargers x 2: Please see the staff at the Concierge Desk during trading hours, located just inside the entrance closest to the EV charging stations or call 02 4298 9600.

There are six Tesla Superchargers and two standard vehicle chargers located at Figtree Grove.
The charging stations are located in the car park near MyCar. Best access is off The Avenue, Kmart entrance (see map above).
All charging stations are available 24/7 to customers.
This pilot is only accessible for CCS-enabled vehicles. If a Supercharger post has two cables, non-Tesla cars can only charge with the CCS connector. Tesla is unable to accommodate vehicles that do not fully comply with CCS communication and safety protocols. If you encounter any issues while charging your vehicle, reach out to Tesla Customer Support (1800 646 952) or your vehicle manufacturer.
If you are using one of the six superchargers you do not need to provide a cable, however the standard electric vehicle charging stations are BYO cable. Different model cars may also require an adaptor for the Tesla supercharger stations.
Our electric vehicle charging stations are complimentary for customers to use however standard fees may apply via Tesla and other EV applications dependant on your vehicle. Visit: Tesla.com.au
Customers are welcome to use the charging stations for as long as they wish. The six superchargers are capable of recharging a vehicle up to 275km in 15 minutes whereas the two standard EV chargers take approximately 4 hours.
