Who do I contact if I have questions?
Need help or more information? Speak with any Customer Service team member in Centre, or visit the Customer Service desk at any time during the project.
Are there any rewards for shopping at the Centre during this time?
Yes! Keep an eye out for our Shop for Your School campaign, kicking off on 7 September. Simply upload your purchases to earn points for your local school, plus entries into weekly prize draws and a chance to win a $5k getaway at the end of the campaign. We’ll also have daily giveaways and surprise voucher handouts throughout the works — so stay tuned!
Will there be staff on hand to help?
Yes. Customer service staff are stationed at key locations around the Centre for the duration of the works to assist with directions, wayfinding, and any questions you may have.
Is parking still available?
Yes. Upper-level parking remains open and available throughout the works. Staff are being encouraged to park on the rooftop level to free up premium parking closer to the entrances for customers.
Tell me more about the shuttle bus.
A 13-seater courtesy bus operates seven days a week during core trading hours, running between the lower and upper levels. Customer service staff are on hand at pick-up and drop-off points to help you and your shopping on and off the bus.
