Who do I contact if I have questions?
Need help or more information? Our Customer Service team is here to assist. Simply speak with any Customer Service team member in-centre, or visit the Customer Service Desk at any time during the project for updates, information, and support. Everyone is here to help!
Are there any rewards for shopping at the Centre during this time?
Yes! There will be plenty of opportunities to be rewarded for shopping at Figtree Grove during the project. From Monday, 7 September, customers can take part in our Shop for Your School campaign by uploading their receipts to earn points for their local school, receive entries into weekly prize draws, and go in the running to win a $5,000 getaway at the end of October. We’ll also be giving away prizes daily and surprising shoppers with voucher handouts throughout the works, so be sure to keep an eye out for exciting rewards and promotions.
Will there be staff on hand to help?
Yes. Customer service staff are stationed at key locations around the Centre for the duration of the works to assist with directions, wayfinding, and any questions you may have.
Is parking still available?
Yes. Upper-level parking remains open and available throughout the works. Staff are being encouraged to park on the rooftop level to free up premium parking closer to the entrances for customers.
Tell me more about the shuttle bus.
A 13-seater courtesy bus operates seven days a week during core trading hours, running between the lower and upper levels. Customer service staff are on hand at pick-up and drop-off points to help you and your shopping on and off the bus.
